One of the most interesting things we tried in Delhi, rabri faluda is a rich and sweet drink, so thick that it is served with a spoon, which consists of vermicelli noodles ("faluda", as in kulfi faluda) and a traditional sweet Pasty called Rabri, made of boiled milk, cream, sugar, nuts and cardamom. The rabri is placed on a glass of faluda, covered with crushed ice and mixed well. It is a very heavy, floral drink, probably with Persian roots.
